Best Power Nap Ever | Tips & Techniques

I needed a little boost this afternoon but wasn’t ready to settle in for a long winter’s nap quite yet.  Solution: I turned this little jewel on and popped awake feeling refreshed 40 minutes later!

My favorite thing is that it uses isochronic tones so headphones aren’t necessary (though, if you need them to drown out external sounds, throw a pair on!)  I’ve used several power nap videos & this is my favorite by far.  Fell asleep quickly & woke up most refreshed.  Jason has mastered using music to increase vitality.
